Yesterday , i went to mongkok 汉和餐厅, a buffet restaurant ,korea bbq ,  total 174 HKD. I thought i was not that full , but after walking out from the restaurant , my stomach feel uncomfortable , is like eating too fast, foods still haven't completely digested in my stomach . The time limit is only 1.5 hour , i eat so fast and grab a lot as i can , a plate of shashimi, beef, cuttlefish , sleeve-fish , non-grilled fish, 4 small bun mixed with icecream and milk ( oh my god, this is really delicious), a soup , 蚌, 3 cup of 酸酶汤. Next time i should try it at lunch time , because is only 88 HKD , it is more worth to go at lunch time. Overall , the foods are acceptable and normal , because i think all the bbq is like this , nothing special . But the sushi's taste is very bad, i eat a lot of shashimi as i can , i think it costs 100 HKD for a plate, it still worth to eat if compare to normal restaurant.

Just submitting my UROP report on thursday night , so i went to swimming and rest for the yesterday morning. I thought i saw my professor, he was searching his son , but he did not come to swim . Later i am going to do gym  , hope to have a fit and strong body.

尊严是最重要的,但是在大学里，要懂得利用这个空间锻炼自己,要让自己的尊严有足够大的承受力,要知道,社会是一个最喜欢打碎人的尊严的地方,除了你自己,没人会为你保留它.

Dignity is different from face-saving. You live in this world , at least you must retain your dignity --- don't give up life so easily , don't have negative thinking against your life. Face-saving , is like you really care what other people think, the priority is your friend & family around you , not by yourself. This i am very clear about that , because i have this experience , my father too .

 大学是亚社会.对,所以,当你上了高年级后,要让自己有大人的形象,大一的孩子看到你,你要能让他们感觉到你是他们的学长.你很成熟.

It's time to be mature in front the juniors , i still think that i am very childish in front of my friend. Hope that i am able to be mature in front of the juniors.

 你有足够的理由佩服每天早起的人,不信的话,你去做.做到后会发现有很多人佩服你呢.

I dont know whether i am counted as people who wake up early or not , but i am sure that jun kang and sam , they always wake up early , even in saturday and sunday . Some people wake up early for what ? I think most probably is for academic stuff in HKUST. Can we wake up early in the holiday ? Not just in the normal school time .

 你可以有喝醉的时候,我们可以接受,但是你要明白和真正的朋友一醉才能让伤心事方休,否则,你只会是别人的谈资和笑柄.

 如果你四年内很少去图书馆的话,你就等于自己浪费了一大笔一大笔财富.所以,长去那里,随意翻翻,都有收获.
