" I have a voluntary services , which i went with Sam , Michelle and Winsor ,that day i was responsible to prevent those runner usign shortcut ............" I shared my stories with others when the speaker Frenkie asked me to turning the learning experience into Learning . And there have 6 stage of reflection , i was one of the person who did this experiment. Eventually , i had only reached stage 4. I talked about the feeling and the experience, and the important thing is the purpose why i want to join the voluntary services. If go beyong , i have to think more about some incidents which may happen during the working perod. Actually , this is one of my passed away professor Edmond Ko invented this theory. The theme of this theory is to let us going through a real learning process with a deep and critical reflection.

Always remember : Experience + Reflection = Learning

Why do i joint the workshop "leadership and motivation" last saturday. The reason why i attended the workshop is because i have to learn some motivation skills to motivate my future mentees. But most importantly is with deeply heart and honesty willing to contribute efforts to this program, not because to obtain the certification. Actually , even i listen all the things the speaker said, i dont think i can remember much about those things. Because i think when the real situations do happened , then it will be much different even how much the speaker said if i don't know how to apply those skills.

Mostly , i remember i shared my experience in front of them , and the played the role model games with my peers. That day when Frenkie asked each of us to summarize what we had learnt that day , i was the second person to talk , but i could not really talk so much. Only when passed to next several persons, i had several ideas wanna to share , but it just happened too fast for me. I just said something seems like meaningless. Through this and previous workshops, i sincerely hope that i can solve every problem when facing future mentees. Regardless local or international students , i am willing to help them out , and i also hope to expanded my confined space of friends.

Actually those things teached in the workshop , i had learnt in the MGMT class. I have to confess that the professor impressed me so much . What i learnt from the lesson , i still haven't forget yet now. I think most probably is because i am interested in those things and willing to listen inside her classroom . I will never forget about the leardership lesson , because when i learn it , i also apply it on my life .
